SEND A LETTER TO YOUR REPRESENTATIVE
A delegation of members is headed to DC to demand permanent protections for our undocumented communities. We encourage you to write a letter to our Senators to ensure that they take YOUR voice into account and show that Arizona cares.
Use the example below as guidance, but please use your own words, story, and experience.

Example letter:
Dear Senator,
My name is Maria and I am a daughter of a DACA recipient living in Phoenix Arizona. I am writing to urge you to take action to protect DACA recipients and ensure their futures are not left in uncertainty.
For years, DACA recipients have built their lives in this country working, studying, and contributing to their communities. Yet their futures remain unstable due to ongoing legal and political challenges. I am asking you to support policies that create a pathway to citizenship that does not weaponize our communities.
As a daughter, I worry about my mother's stability in this country. She has been here for many years and has contributed meaningfully to her community.
DACA recipients are our neighbors, coworkers, students, and loved ones. We all deserve stability, dignity, and the opportunity to fully belong in the country we call home.
I urge you to act with urgency and support meaningful, permanent solutions. Our families cannot continue to live in limbo.
Thank you,
Maria Chavez
